About This Dashboard

The 100% New Mexico Initiative is working with counties to strengthen ten vital services that support community well‑being. Since its launch in 2019, local initiative teams have been identifying service barriers and strategies to expand access to services. This dashboard shows county‑level data on those ten vital services. Counties use this information to see where people are struggling to get services and to design local solutions.

The map below displays the counties currently participating in the 100% New Mexico Initiative (shown in yellow).

Please note that although this information has been made as accessible as possible for phone-sized screens, the interactive media is best viewed on a larger screen.

The data come from two sources:

Residents share their experiences seeking services in their county, along with challenges and service barriers.

Source 2
NM County Health Rankings2

County‑level health and community data across the state, including access, outcomes, and demographic indicators.

For each chart, we note which source the data come from. You can click and use the menus on each chart to explore your county and compare it with other counties across New Mexico.

Getting Started

  2. Click through each section to see your county's data.
  3. Look for places where your county is doing well and where there are bigger challenges.
  4. Use what you learn to start or strengthen local projects that improve access to services and support for families.

Connecting Challenges to Solutions

Seeing the local problem clearly is the starting point. Clear data and stories can guide capacity‑building projects such as increasing service access through community service centers or family resource centers, expanding school‑based health care, offering hours that work for busy parents, and providing reliable transportation options. For potential funders—including federal, state, county, city, school district, and philanthropy—reliable and timely data matter.

1. 100% Community data are from a resident survey completed by 11,305 county residents between 2019–2024. Data reflect individuals who completed the survey.
